Stitch Therapy - Knit & Crochet Drop-In Classes

The "Stitch Doctor" will be available for you to learn to knit or crochet or to receive help with your project.

(for beginner, intermediate or advanced)

Fee $2 per session plus material purchases*. No prepayment or registration required - simply drop-in and pay each session you attend.

Daytime: TUE/THU 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

WED/FRI 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

SATURDAY 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Evening: THURSDAY 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Must be present by 7:00 p.m. to attend

 

Floor Loom Weaving (from beginner to intermediate)

Weave a different project each session - shawl, pillow, afghan, placemats, purse fabric, etc. Sessions are one-on-one lessons scheduled by appointment. Allow 2 hours. Fee: $7.50 per session plus material purchases*

Warping Lessons

Learn to chain wrap or sectional warp on your own loom or on one of our looms. Lessons are held one-on-one and scheduled by appointment. Allow 4-6 hours. Fee: $25 per session plus material purchases*

 

Policy for Using Looms

After taking a weaving class, you may come in by appointment to weave for a $1.00 per hour charge. An additional charge applies for each inch of warp woven. Projects must be completed within the time span agreed upon when appointments are made. We can help with yarn selection and offer advice but no instruction will be given.
